Peyto After Dark
Peyto Lake is such a classic Canadian Rockies location, nestled up high on the ice fields parkway, it’s an easy access spot for photographers. Despite its easy accessibility, I had to go up 6 times before I got the right conditions for this capture.
Every time I would go up it would either be too cloudy, too dark, or something didn’t work out. Fortunately on the 6th visit, everything aligned on this freezing cold night to get this shot. A shot I had dreamed of for years.
