Land Before Time
This shot was captured up on the Continental Divide on the outer edge of Banff National Park. A long early morning hike in the dark got myself and some friends up to this spot for Sunrise and the effort was worth it for the beautiful light we got illuminating all of the golden larches.
This landscape is barely touched, and so far in the back country it’s essentially the way it would have looked before settlers arrived in the area.
